My App Keeps Shutting Off

My app won’t even LOAD! Is this, in any way, related to the new update @Ned?

Hey @Ned, how long does it take for Ludia to reply to a, ticket (is that what it is)?

It usually gets replied to in the order they come in. However, please make sure not to update your current ticket until one of our team members has responded, or it could reset your position in the queue.
