my JWA account disappeared how to reinstall it
How did this happend
I’m not sure how, but I think it was when I was out of my game, a few minutes later I replayed but there were several buttons, (played while connecting to Facebook), … and I press the button played as a guest
Did you know your support key from your account? If so send a ticket to ludia support.ludia.com and enter in your old support key and new support key
no I don’t know the code
Uhhhhh… have you posted anything/have a picture of anything with your support key in it? If not I’m out of ideas. Sorry
Hey Blacksaber, if your original saved data was linked with Facebook, please try going into your in-game Settings menu and reconnect to Facebook.
