Our team has been made aware of some issues following Update 2.16.
These issues are actively being investigated:
- Pass Progression resetting (main thread can be found here)
- Rexy’s roar audio is incorrect in the lab
- Feedback related to Map performance issues
- Slow Supply Drop/ESD spin animations
- Andrewtop’s white texture issue
- Daily Mission appearing with Primal Cleansing Strike
- Unable to complete the Lesser Emergency Heal mission
- The Weekly and Monthly missions for Rare and Epic creature Drone sessions not counting
- The Pass Unlock Progression Article not going to “read” status
- Super Distraction icon still displaying the stun effect
- ESD creatures not turning to Hologram after completing all attempts
- The team is also reviewing and analyzing feedback on certain Mission difficulties and accessibility.

2022-06-21 UPDATE
Version 2.16.31 has been released as an optional download, meaning the game will not force players to update until a later period and there is no maintenance break. This version addresses the following issues:
- Fixed Slow Supply Drop spinning animation
- Fixed Rexy’s idle Roar Audio
- Future proof’s an issue with Pass saving (unrelated to the issue experienced during the initial launch of the Pass)
- Andrewtop’s white texture issue was resolved as of last week
Rest assured that the additional issues mentioned previously are still being investigated and looked into with priority.
Please note on June 22nd, 2022 at 11:00 AM ET the team will deploy a set of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Mission rebalances and changes. The following below changes will occur.
