No Customer Service or Help

my son purchased a special card pack with the Green Death Dragon on 3/1. Download never happened. Now the dragon is gone and he is terribly upset. Apple says to reach out to you. Please help. I have emailed all required information and I get no response.

I sent a support request from the games home page for support. The email I received an automatic response from is: dragons@ludia.com
