No response from support since 27 December


I have not receive a response since 27 December 2018! The automated reply said they are running on holiday shift. That was the response I received on 27 December! Can you believe that? Can anyone share their response time from ludia support from the game?! I think manager who is taking care this issue “BELLE” is trying to ignore the response so I’m looking for someone else who can resolve and communicate better!
