No Response from Support

Earlier today I sent a support ticket to maintenance. I have not gotten a reply, not even just to say they received my e-mail. I am not able to log on and am missing any daily events that are meant to happen just today.

Sometimes it can take a day or two depending on how many tickets they get. I don’t know if you would get a reply over the weekend either.

I’d give it a week, then start wondering. Oh, and don’t send in another email - that bumps you to the back of the line.


Yeah the last time I sent a ticket they /never/ replied back to me, but luckily I found the solution to the problem on another thread of other people that had the same problem. Unfortunately no one else seems to be having this problem RIP

Yeah I waited about 4 days for a response that didn’t help me so now I’m on day 3 of waiting for them to respond again

What message you get due to failed login?

It was error 118. I finally fixed it after doing a clean uninstall/reinstall. I have no idea what caused it in the first place though.

I couldn’t get into the fame, and I did email them through that email. I fixed the problem on my own, though.

Got similar error today, but phone restart and clearing cache fixed it.
