Hey, so i recently reset my chromebook that i play JWTG on, it basically had me reinstall every app, and i lost all my progress on this game!!! is there any chance i could get my old park back?

It can take up to 5 days for them to respond so be patient.

I think a more appropriate title for this thread would be something like… “I hope Ludia can help me, I reset my device”

Ludia did nothing “not cool” if anything they will be very cool if they can help you get your park back after you reset your app without connecting it to a source that saves your progress outside the app.
