The screenshot explains it better than a paragraph would … any clue how to fix this?
This happened to me on previous ToM event. It is annoying, but could still play and collect rewards.
I believe this is a visual bug if you continue to play the rewards are still there and you should be able to collect them. You can contact email@example.com and they can assist you if you would like.

I have a different bug problem. The game has taken away 1 of my “Attempts Remaining” for no reason.
If it happens again, please advise what I can do?
Log with support address - I’ve had it happen to me before.
