Hello Luida team,
Please at least acknowledge publicly that you’re aware the servers are incredibly unstable and laggy right now. Tell us that you’re either (a) working on a solution (purchasing more dedicated server space) or (b) aware WHY the problem is happening (on a shared server or you’re not equipped to handle this many players or you downgraded servers) or © working on understanding why things have gotten so much worse that last few days but intend to compensate paying players for the loss of time and functionality.
Remaining silent while your game is virtually unplayable is egregious and will only cost you more community goodwill. For us paying customers having to spend 15 minutes getting through a challenge that normally takes under 2 minutes is insulting.
