I enjoy the game. I had purchased 264.00$ in DNA but you erased it all and took me from level 10 back to level 2. What can be done to fix this?

Hey Jeff_Henderson, check if you’re loaded onto the correct game data. If your game was connected to a Facebook or Google Play store account and you got disconnected from those accounts, it would have signed you out of your original game data. Connect your device back to the correct account and relaunch the game.
