Problem with breedery

For the THIRD time the breedery has lost my breeding pairs. At first I thoufht it was me but this time I know I DEFINITELY put clicked retry and paid fish. NOT HAPPPY as this is taking FOREVER

If you can also include in your email the date and time of when you activated the Breedery, it would be really helpful.
