Problem with launching the game

Hi there ! I have some issues with launching the game since the new update, before you ask, yes i have a good internet connection. As you can see on the picture the loading stop at mid bar and there is no support key or server displaying. Did someone else have the same problem ? Screenshot_20190505-084629|281x500

Okay, ah, I know what you meant… though you used the wrong word… it’s launching.

More to the point now. Your screenshot isn’t working, but are you referring to errors 22, 82, 141 or 143 by any chance? I have started having connection and disconnection issues as well, even during battles, and I think you’ll find there are more posts on the loading problems; you can search them and browse.

Hey Solene_Milliere, could you try rebooting your device and see if that helps?
If your device is on a mobile network connection, try disabling it if you’re connected to WiFi. There are also some steps here from our FAQ that could help as well:
