Progress lost

Admitedly i don’t know if Ludia can help me here, but for some reason Facebook decided that they hate me and disabled my account, therefore bye bye 2 months worth of progress. I was wondering if maybe it can be transfered to a new account. I do remember my support key. Just a shot in the dark before officially restarting.

Look up one of @Ned’s posts for the email. support+forums@ludia.com or something like that. It sounds like it may take a bit for them to get back to you, but they should eventually. Good luck.

Yeah i have already done that. Hope it works. Worst case scenario, i’ll just start anew. It’s just a game after all.
