Halbanet has great epics for virtually every slot. The 2-1 epic pack for 400 gems is a great value if you have the gems.
Don’t bother with the legendary, too expensive and most of his are worse than his epics.

Halbanet legendary armor no good for the explore campaign not even good for PvP the talisman of the moon has only 1 good effect it removes immobilities but you lose the healing, better off keeping cleric epic gear active.
