Purchase not received

Does anyone know what’s going on with the purchases? This week I have not received what I bought twice!

Please reach out to our support team in-game by tapping your Level icon and then Settings > Help & Info > Help & Support > Chat bubble icon on the top right. They’ll do their very best to assist you directly with this!
