Rare one step tower today

There are 2 rare towers I believe, but one is a 12 hr and it shows advanced.

There is only one rate tower today:
Step 1: [Dimodactylus] (15), [Tyrannolophosaur] (16), Dracoceratops (17).

The other one is a single step common tower.
