Was able to unlock the spinosaurus, noticed that the utahraptor even did not appear for me at all. Are you unable to access lower level events? Kinda disappointed as I wont be able to get my spinoraptor hybrid 
Hello, the dinosaurs are on rotation so although this time you were unable to unlock a Utahraptor in the future it will be available for you to unlock.
