Preondactylus - Rare
Like modern day gulls, Preondactylus congregate around shorelines to feed on fish, molluscs, and insects. Keep your shoreline clean to avoid damaging this tiny flyer’s new habitat!

Anurognathus - Epic
The tiny Anurognathus is a very unique pterosaur. With a rounded skull, giant eyes, and bat-like wings, the Anurognathus is ideally adapted for the night-time aerial acrobatics that come with insect hunting. Even more impressive, the furry filamanets on the wings of these tiny creatures help their wingbeats stay silent when approaching prey, an advantage shared by many modern day owls!

The flying forager Ankylodactylus can be found roosting in the high branches of trees or hunting for fruit and insects on the forest floor. The pigments of its armor change from orange to deep red depending on its diet.

Hybrid Ingredients: Anurognathus + Ardontosaurus
DPG members have described the Ardontognathus as an ‘everything eater.’ Comfortable on the ground, in trees, or sliding through shallow water, the Ardontognathus has already become an invasive species in several habitats.

Careful when visiting rocky rivers, the Imperatosuchus’ stony colors camouflage it perfectly in this environment. Caked in mud, algae, and the parasites that grow there, even touching Imperatosuchus’ dorsal scales can cause an infection!

This update introduces two playable abilities with a new mechanic. Alert Frenzy and Definite Alert Frenzy are able to target the opponent with direct damage twice within the same turn. What’s that mean? If the target has a damage resistance lasting only one more attack, your first hit from direct damage will be reduced, but not the second!

STAT BOOST REFUND TOKENS
Stat Boost Refund Tokens are here for a limited time! Spend a Token on a single creature and retrieve all Health, Attack or Speed Stat Boosts placed on that creature with no refund penalty!
In this update, Tokens will be distributed as Alliance Championship rewards (starting from a specific Tier).Collect them now, because these Tokens will not be made available with each Championship.
Once collected, Tokens will be stored in your Inventory. There is room in your Inventory for up to 1 of each Token type. If you collect another Token on top of the 1 stored in your Inventory of that same type, it will be sent to your Mailbox instead. Tokens sent to the Mailbox will expire after 30 days. Head to the Lab and spend the Token you have before you can add the second to your inventory!
Whether you’re preparing for the next Raid Boss or heading into PVP, Tokens will help you boost the right creatures for battle!

Update 2.14 brings 2 new Raid Bosses!

Imperatosuchus Death Rolls into Raids March 16th! It will be replacing Mortem rex. Fret not as this won’t be the last time you’ll see the Mortem rex Raid!

Brachiosaurus thuds into Raids on March 18th! That’s right, weekends will no longer be Apex Raid exclusive!

- Nocturnal Playdate - This is a Puzzle Achievement! Its objective will remain hidden until it is completed.
- Legendary Flock Victory - This is a Puzzle Achievement! Its objective will remain hidden until it is completed.
- Sky Snake Fusion - Fuse to create 500 or more DNA for this hybrid: Troodoboa.
- Patient Mentor - Have 1 Recruit complete relationship Milestone 7.
- Mentor of Champions - Have 3 Recruits complete relationship Milestone 7.

We’ve added new rewards and Achievements for both Recruits and Mentors. We’ve also made the links sent to Recruits usable by multiple players, not just one!

New Creature Rotations
- The Epic Anurognathus will be an Event exclusive creature.
- Find the rare Preondactylus on the Map.
- Collect hybrid component DNA to fuse 2.14’s Legendary and Unique creatures, Ankylodactylus and Ardontognathus!
CREATURE UPDATES
Update 2.14 brings updates to several creatures. In each case, these changes were made based on analysis of each creature’s performance in Battle and their overall value to players.
In some cases, these updates meant changes to starter creatures like Iguanodon or Haast Eagle GEN 2 in order to keep them relevant for early-game players in our ever-diversifying Battle system.
In other cases, like that of the Apex creatures, this update brought slight adjustments throughout the rarity to make sure they stayed competitive with each other and with Boosted creatures of lower tiers.
Finally, some creatures were notably overperforming in their Battle bracket and becoming too dominant. They needed to be adjusted downward in order to give players more opportunities to apply their skill and counter them!

ROAR
- Roar now has Priority.
SUPER DISTRACTION
- Super Distraction now has no Delay instead of a Delay of 1 and deals 1.5x damage instead of 1x.
WHAT'S FIXED
Bug Fixes & Known Issues
About 110of those pesky bugs have been squashed for 2.14! Here are a few of the most notable fixes that you are likely to enjoy:
- Roar’s attack buff duration should now match it’s description in the PvP context.
- Course 22 Mission 2 INTERMEDIATE special mission Replaced a new special objective to not take more than 5000 damage and win. Course 18 Chapter Swap Prevention Mission 2 INTERMEDIATE will now have Use Group takedown 2 times.
- Albertospinos boss’ ability Evasive Group Wounding impact dodges at 100% and damage of 66% instead of 100%.
- Loading of the Achievement screen improved to prevent freezes.
We’re currently working on solutions for the following known issues:
- The Progression Info cards available after a level up in the News tab of the mail are only available after the next time the game is launched
- The tooltip stats information is not updated as soon as the associated buff/debuff has ended during a Raid.
- Apple device players may receive offline / push notifications while online.
- Raid invite push notifications are only in English.
- Icons and buttons are all displayed on screen after a drone session or opening incubators on a 1 gig Apple device.
- Expired DNA Donation Requests Remain in Alliance Chat.
