NEW RAID BOSSES

Erlikogamma, Indominus Rex and Stygidaryx join the rotation of weekly Raid Bosses!
Get ready to take on Gorgotrebax, the new Apex creature to make its debut in the Jurassic World!

Updated Raid Schedule

This updated schedule will be introduced into the game with the new creatures as of the following dates below:

Wednesday December 9th - Erlikogamma

Tuesday December 15th - Stygidaryx

Monday December 21st - Gorgotrebax

Monday January 11th - Indominus Rex

TOP ARENA MATCHMAKING

In order to lower matchmaking time for top players, all players in Arena 13 can now be matched together, regardless of their trophy difference.

Players at the lower end of Arena 13 can still occasionally be matched with lower Arena players, depending on how many other players are available in Arena 13 at that time. However, matchmaking within the Arena is prioritized over matchmaking based on trophy count for players in Arena 13.

IMPROVED GEOLOCATION

Map

Short-Range Spawning

The Map now differentiates short-range and long-range spawn points and will spawn different creatures!

Some of the new creatures we are introducing to you in this update will only be found in short-range. With this new differentiation, short-range will have a slightly higher chance of spawning an Epic creature compared to long-range spawn points.

The new creature Parasaurolophus Lux will only be available in short-range spawns. Being a Legendary creature, expect it to be quite difficult to find!

As a reminder:

Locations and creatures you can see when very close (within 30 meters, which is the smaller blue circle radar on your map) are considered to be short-range.

Locations and creatures you see out of the blue circle radar on your map are considered long-range.

Scent Capsules are great and bring creatures that are out of reach to you! Because creatures that are considered short-range are within your reach, scent capsules are not effective for short-range creatures and will not spawn short-range exclusive creatures.

Creature view distance

  • We’ve adjusted the view distance to help make Rares and Epics stand out more than Common creatures.

BUG FIXES & KNOWN ISSUES

About 190 of those pesky bugs have been squashed for 2.3! Here are a few of the most notable fixes that you are likely to enjoy:

  • The Supply Drops no longer spin infinitely when a player has maxed out their daily limit.
  • If a creature has been placed in a sanctuary before an update, you will no longer have an issue of accessing it or it being stuck in limbo.
  • Android 11 players will now be able to open virtual keyboard.
  • Trophy counts will now be accurate in Profile and friends list.

Known Issues

Don’t worry, these issues are still being investigated to be fixed!

  • Players receive Raid push notifications while online
  • Raid invite push notifications are only localized in English
  • All creatures appear too dark in the Radar map on certain iOS devices.
  • Icons and buttons are all displayed on screen after a drone session or opening incubators
  • Raid boss disappears if the player darts a creature within its radius
  • Users cannot place creatures in Sanctuaries after using them in other contexts
  • Expired DNA Donation Requests Remain in Alliance Chat
  • Dynamic character sheet Status Effects and Attribute visuals update

A note on data collecting
We’d like to take a moment and thank everyone who has been participating in our numerous surveys and providing us with constructive feedback on our forums and social channels. We believe in player feedback and although changes rarely occur immediately, the very tangible data we collect, especially from our surveys, help guide us on our roadmaps and future optimizations.

Could you at least have made an effort to make Poukandactylus useful? It’s absolutely pitiful.

Also, can Para Lux be placed in a sanctuary?

Finaly and thank you, but why is phora getting the regular, rampage and run back, i’m legitemenly scared

At least it didn’t gain resistance to distraction.

Well welcome back Phorus. You weren’t really gone for long then

Interesting update. A lot of “Why?” balance changes. Delayed Rampage and Run losing the delay is going to be Interesting… We never even got to enjoy a legendary tournament without it :sob:

Terrible Pterasaurs strike again

I was so eager to see 2.3 as a solution method for thor and other things. now I regret it

I like how “Improved Geolocation” is code for “stop spamming giga scents”
