Bug Description:
Even though the sunday epic dna request event is active, in the first few hours of it starting, the game tells me I cannot request epic dna at this time.
Today at around 18h left to go it lets me request said dna.

How do you reproduce the bug:
Step 1- Wait for Sunday for the event to be active
Step 2 - In the first few hours try to request epic dna
How often does it happen:
So far every single Sunday
What type of device are you using:
iPhone 6+
Anything else? (add screenshots or additional information here)
Note the event IS active
