I wrote to tech support twice. I asked to reset my game progress, but I was “refused” (there are a lot of fake purchases on your account)… I specifically want to reset my progress, and start playing fair! I don’t want to cheat in it anymore, and play only fair!
Hey there, Aunt_Sugar. Sadly, if you had already received a reply from our support team, there is not much we can really do on our end as our support team’s decisions are usually final.
Have you tried deleting the game data, uninstalling it, and reinstalling it? Given that doing the opposite can be used to migrate an account from one device to another, I would think this would cause the game to lose your old account and let you make a new one. (Note: you’ll have to play as guest or use a different FB account.)
