In your Book of Dragons you can search by “Best Iron Collector”. That should help.
While there is some correlation between amount of iron collected and cost, much better advice is to read Tips for collecting iron, or check out the wiki.
I won’t rehash the full list here. Seriously, that other thread is really good; go read it. (I wonder if any moderators would even consider pinning it?) I’d add Sweet Wraith to that list, however.
