Bug Description: Not letting me access my sanctuary

Area is was found in: sanctuary\dinosaur lab

How do you reproduce the bug:
Step 1- click a dinosaur from the lab
Step 2 - hit enter to go to sanctuary
Step 3 - nothing happens
Step 4 - click until it says the sanctuary is overworked
Step 5 - wait one minute
Step 6 - still nothing

How often does it happen: every single time I try to access my sanctuary dinosaurs

What type of device are you using: Galaxy note 9

Anything else?

Edit: yes I’ve tried restarting the app several times

4 hours and no reply.
I hope this is at least a known issue with a fix in the works
