I get this when I’m using wifi but step out of range. For some reason JWA can’t handle the transition.
I don’t believe there was any downtime over the weekend @Keithtsz. If you’re still getting this issue, could you try some of the troubleshooting steps here and see if they help: Stuck on loaded screen of game?
