Should stunning odds be reversed?

How about instead of a creature having a probablility to stun (75% in most cases), creatures have a stat that is their likelihood to BE stunned.

For instance - rather than, say, stegoceratops having a 75% chance to stun, the creature they are attacking has a stat for how likely they are to be stunned. So, something with armor may only have a 33% chance to be stunned, where something light and speedy may have a 66% chance to be stunned (or vice/versa, however they want to work it).

While I don’t have a problem with stun moves in general, I have always thought this would be a more interesting way to do it and add value to some dinos, and make stunning less of a sure thing move.
