Ohh intriguing 
Somewhat related but why does distraction use the absurdly long animation when it’s a basic attack? Either make it do more damage, or change the animation so you don’t have to sit through it every time you use distraction.
Of course… 
This is good news !
I wouldn’t get used to this. It is almost certainly a mistake and the damage will be taken away.

The good side is that you are going to strike and dodge 100% whenever you want and better yet, it is a priority!
