Devastation does 3X attack, plus Arctovasilas has a move that buffs its attack stat

Persistent Group Shields (+50% damage) + Devastation (X3 damage) is an insane combo.

APGS plus either CS or AAB (to inflict vuln) and THEN Devastation is even more insainier. Some would say broken, even.

Eh, pooh is a wildcard, and one of the harder to play creatures. That damage can be mitigated. So, I respectfully disagree.
