Well this sucks I was doing the silver wheel but it glitches and never gave me my prize xiphactinus has this happen to anyone else

Not to me personally. Best thing you can do is reach out to support at support+jurassicworld@ludia.com and don’t forget to add your support key when doing so.

Did it say “available at level 10” or something similar? I have got that message 3 times at the silver wheel and then lost the creature. Didn’t @Sionsith screenshoot it once?

Oh yes the glitch happened to me last week.

It literally just went through the normal process and no pop ups of level issues or anything just didn’t give me my reward a measly xiphactinus it wasn’t like it was the gold wheel and I am level 29 just last week I got a dolicr from that same wheel so I guess it was a glitch from the new update as I talked to support and they are helping me
