These bugs all showed up in only a few minutes of playing today. They have been around for many months, maybe even over a year. They have all been reported numerous times by other players…
You claimed “over 400 bugs were fixed” in the 1.13 release notes. Care to tell us what they were?
I feel like they count the total number of bugs fixed throughout the lifetime of the game and claim that number has been fixed in every latest update. 
I’ve been noticing old bugs that were once fixed have now resurfaced.
Typos, code indenting, proper capitalisation in code, removed blank lines, and that times 400.
No seriously I have no clue… Obviously (and to no one’s surprise) none of the chat bugs got fixed and the number of problems there has actually increased.
