Sound options doesn't work

I’m playing without sound… always.
But since the last update (I think) turning the sound off doesn’t work.
Most time my phone is muted too, but sometimes I need the sound. Yesterday I startet the game and was surprised to hear the ingame sound. In my game-options, sound is off!
Please fix it.
Game sound is disturbing often.
