Special Offer Problem

Just purchased a pop-up “special offer” for 10,000 gold and a silver/red chest. I think it was $14? Anyway, the purchase process locked up and I had to exit/re-start the app. Gold showed up but no chest. Gold is nice but the chest was the main reason for the purchase. Issues like this are making me feel like this game isn’t worth my time or money. How can I get the chest?
