How do you reproduce the bug:
Step 1- speed up erlikogamma with first move
Step 2 - someone swaps in and it ignores the speed up value of erlikogamma
(add more if needed)

How often does it happen:

It could also depend on what swapped in, it could have a higher speed already, but I’m assuming this is the tournament? And if the creature had Swap in Nullification then that’s gone.

Oh dang I think you are correct. I think I remember both times it was procerathomimus. My bad!
