To Ludia,

I’ve just used 200 cash to repeat the gold strike event, and it ended prematurely with a defeat for me!! I still had a dino left! I’ve uploaded the video to youtube here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vhwakyKmIxM

Please can you give me my 200 cash back and enable the gold strike to be bought for that same price so I can try again? Or at the very least give, me my 200 cash back?

That seemed really strange @LeeJay. Could you email our support team here at support+forums@ludia.com with the date and time you had attempted that Strike tower so they can assist you further? It’d be helpful if you included your support key in the email as well. Thanks!
