Subscription charge no subscription

So for the past month I have been emailing with probably two people from support about being charged on June 30th for a month subscription which didn’t go through so I should have had the subscription from June 30th to July 30th and I had no subscription so my credit card was charged and I did not receive what I was charged for so I removed my credit card and canceled the subscription when I noticed that my credit card was charged and I had no subscription and I was just told again that I was charged and because the month of July is over too bad for me so what you’re saying is if there’s a glitch it’s my fault and I have to pay the $14 and you won’t refund me. I had no subscription for the whole month of July so I don’t think it’s fair that you’re charging me.
