Subscription Fault

Hello, because sending messages seems to be useless. I am going to make a post here.
I contacted your support 2 days ago. 3 days ago my subscription said it’s failed and needs to be renewed, on google playstore and in game when going to renew it says its active. However I can’t claim the gems or flight club chest.
I have screenshots of all of these.
