Subscription glitch!

I keep getting told my subscription has expired. After over a month of emailing I found out That Lucia turned in the payment as a one time purchase, not a subscription. Now I have a big mess. I keep trying to contact Lucia but no success getting anything done. How do I get someone higher up to fix this? I’m getting really frustrated. Is there a phone number I can contact them? Dnt know what to do at this point.

You would need to see what you were charged via your App Store/Play Store and if it was a one time payment or a subscription and then see what Apple/Google say if it should have been different.
