Subscription problem now after getting my account back

So now that i have my account back, now im faced with a subscription problem after getting a disconnect right after logging in.

Can anyone help me? Itunes still shows that i have a VIP subscription yet ludia says i dont lol

I did and they asked me to try to sign into my apple account, which fixed nothing and had no progress on that

Are u talking with ingame support? Send an email instead. I don’t like ingame support.

Yeah i need to start doing that instead of using in game support
