Subscription suspended?

Ok so I can’t feed dragons that are in the hangar because my extra spots are gone… I sent light fury out and I can’t check her bag… I can’t get my daily runes… What’s happening? What’s being done? When will it be fixed? I contacted support through the game and via email… What the heck? It’s too expensive a game for these types of problems…
