How long does it generally take for support to respond to an email of an issue? I’ve never had to contact this support before. I know with other apps they are very quick.

There’s not an average turn around on support tickets? Cause your answer is very vague. Meaning I could be without a resolution for days or weeks?
In my experience it’s usually within a couple of days but I have had to wait, like, a week before.
