Support should triage requests


I don’t k now how support handles tickets, but they are getting more than they can handle and it is taking days for any response. Some issues are small and some are major. Our clan is getting hammered by bugs, ruining the game. We’ve had limited response and I am assuming we wont get any on the new bugs until next week, which leans losing alpha rewards for a week or so or starting over. It would be nice if they would deal with serious issues like that first.

Also, some issues only take a few minutes to fix, like the rewards for story alphas not being given due to negative health. Shouldn’t take much to research and give reward. They could clear those out of the queue easily (or at least a bunch, I assume there are a lot of these) and then deal with things that take more research
