I contacted Customer Service almost two weeks ago about an epic scent I purchased and no dinos appeared from it. I requested reimbursement, but was pretty convinced I wouldn’t receive it or would at least have to battle for it. I had seen posts where people had this happen with multiple epic and rare scents and we’re only reimbursed one rare scent. But Ludia came through and I just got my $1000 in game cash reimbursed so thanks Ludia for doing right! :blush:

Several months ago, I bought a bugged epic showcase.
(Might not many players know this bug.
A weekly showcase given all “former week” dinos.)

And they reimbursed 3000 cash for me.:smiley:

Although they spent more than 2 weeks to reply, and I actually spent 3750 cash on that one, still far more better than didn’t do anything.:smiley:
