The account is still not working

Although more than 15 days have passed, the problem has not been solved, and a final response has not been made, and an update has been issued to the game, but the company is ignoring to fix the problems all it has done is to update the methods of paying more money to them

Sorry to say this bud but… you’re banned. I had this as well and contacted support. They said I was banned for 24h. You must’ve been banned before or done some excessive spoofing.
