The issue with the game

Can someone help me ? I had a trouble with daily missions. I didnt saw them about 3 day.
I tried to delete and install again but now i have a different issue. You can see them on screen 2 and 3. Can you help me, please?

I cant enter to the game. May i find my support key as a different way ?

Sadly, the support key can only be found during either the loading screen or within the game. However, our support team might be able to assist you still if you emailed our team over those screenshots. Also, if you made any purchases in the game before, it’ll be useful if you could include an app store receipt in your email as well. I hope our team can get you back into the game soon.
