No. Cloak isnt 100% dodge, neither is stun a 100% speed decrease.

The only true fact here is 100% Shields = Invincible, which is general knowledge. Everything else is misleading and incorrect.

100% speed does not equal a stun, 100% dodge does not equal cloak unless you turn invisible and your damage is doubled or tripled. 100% shields does not necessarily make you invisible either. fierce attacks can still break shields as well as nullifying moves

not necessarily, invincible means that you do not take any damage behind a 100% shield which is not true because of fierce and nullifying attacks

No fierce an nullify ability remove shield right??? And fierce move set remove shield rights???.So this is why shield 100% mean invincible
