Common only would be nice. If nothing else it would be great to play the creatures that don’t often see the light of day.

I’d really like to see tournaments along the lines of what I do with my theme teams. Have a tournament month that is as follows:

Week 1 : Permian creatures only.
Week 2: Jurassic creatures only.
Week 3: Creatacous creatures only.
Week 4: Cenozoic creatures only.

There aren’t enough Triassic creatures for a Triassic month.

Or even a week where only creatures from each JP/JW film can be used? When Dominion releases next year, that could be a great six week tournament run.

Sounds like a plan to me.

It will be hard to do singular movies. For example, with JP3, you have the following creatures:
Anky gen 1 and 2
Spino gen 1 and 2
Rex gen 1 and 2
Brachiosaurus
Trike gen 1 and 2
Stegosaurus
Parasaur
Pteranodon
Velociraptor
And suchomimus and Bary were mentioned by Billy
That’s a total of 15 creatures. They probably won’t include the 2 latter, so that’s 13. No one is gonna pick parasaur or Anky gen 2 because they are awful. That is 11. Stego is also a poor choice, so that’s 10. Anky gets wrecked by the spinos and rexes, so that’s 9. 9 creatures is very poor in variety.

But I would love themed tournaments. It could be all the JP trilogy in one tournament and the JW in another (with hybrids banned most likely). You could then have an Herbivorous tournament and a Carnivorous tournament, or an all-fierce/cunning/resilient tournament. It would really spice things up

Oh yeah, this would be a lot better than the constant recycling of old tournaments or Common/Rare+Legendary tournaments where everyone ends up using legendaries. Hybrids would most likely need to be kept out of these tournaments as they usually are stronger than their nonhybrid counterparts

So it would appear that “Common, Rare, No hybrids” means “hybrids allowed” as I’ve been facing plenty of those
