Transfer game to new apple ID

I apologize if this has already been covered but I couldn’t find anything on it. My son has been playing Jurassic World The Game for years on his iPad that is connected to my Apple ID. He now has his own phone and Apple ID/Game Center account. Is there a way to transfer his progress to his phone without a Facebook account? Thanks!
