I agree, it’s really lame, but it is like that since I can remember.
Sad, I’ve already started to question my VIP membership, paying this game on a regular basis.
I’ve been very much in favor of VIP membership and I never missed a chance to provide new gamers with the information of many benefits that membership provides. But I have to agree with you - I too have some doubts if it is worth it anymore. Overall customer approach of Ludia is so disappointing lately and it only becomes worst. I am considering myself as a truly dedicated player, spending so much time to the game on daily basis - but I feel like I am getting less and less in return. Both by game itself (which started to be so predictive and repetitive) - and by Ludia itself (with their overall approach and really poor customer relationship management).
Too many words have been wasted already and I don’t feel like repeating it again, but I am so disappointed with them…
And this is the main reason why I doubt. The feeling of talking against a wall.
