Does anyone else have this problem?
I bought the Premium Pass on Wednesday, but I got nothing, I wrote to the Support but I have not even one answer.
I’ve started thinking that the Pass will end and I will stay with nothing. If the Pass ends, I will be really really mad, because I don’t want to buy anything else but this specific stuff, so a refund will be so useless.
Am I the only one with this problem?

No you’re not the only one! It’s been a week and only a generic email saying they’re receiving many emails and will respond ASAP!! But my money has been taken
I’d like an answer. I love this game and have never had trouble with purchases before but now, everyday, I’m ‘earning’ data etc and receiving nothing for it because the updated premium pass hasn’t been given.
