Unable to playing

Am I the only one whos app is Down? Im unable to load game for like 4 hours with loadong stuck at 1/27… Even reinstalling the game did not help.

Hey StrajJara, could you try changing the time zone setting on your device to either New York or Toronto and then relaunch the game?

Didnt help, ill write that mail then.

But gmail says the mail adresss is invalid.

Could you try this email address, support+alive@ludia.com? Please let me know if that works.

I guess the first worked too. Weird . . . it told me that the email is unvalid and i saw it in “prepared” messages, but then i recieved an email from support, that my problem is being solved, so I guess it was sent properly.
