Unable to request dna from alliance

Bug Description: Whenever I try to request any dna, after selecting the creature, it shows, “You must wait until the timer is up to make another request”. I have been not been able to request any dna for nearly a week because of this. Posted this in game’s support option but no one replied for over 3 days.

Area is was found in: My Alliane > DNA requests

How do you reproduce the bug:
Step 1- Open my alliance page
Step 2 - Tap on Request button
Step 3 - Select creature for which dna is needed
Step 4 - Get an error saying “You must wait until the timer is up to make another request” no matter how many days I wait.

How often does it happen: All the time since a week

What type of device are you using: Android

Anything else? I am using a Redmi Note 4, Android 7 device and everything else seems fine.

U did not collect your DNA donated to u, all hang there and block you from new request.

Thank you Calvin, thay fixed it. I hadn’t discarded an old request. However, I feel that the error message should say this instead of asking to wait further

Maybe when a request is filled it should change the button from “REQUEST” to “CLAIM” and you click it, you get the DNA they donated to you, and then the button changes to “REQUEST”.
